I am a seasoned therapist who has been working with individuals and couples for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping people to get unstuck and to move towards living their fullest truth and doing more of what makes them feel alive. I love helping people to become more authentic and more connected both in their relationships and with themselves. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and I use many of the tools I have learned from this model in my work with both couples and individuals.
